House of Indians actively works for the reforestation of the indigenous lands in the state of Acre in Brazil. We signed a partnership with the Ashaninka leader Benki Pianko to plant 5000 trees in the Ashaninka territories by December 2016, and with the Puyanawa leader to plant 1500 in the Puyanawa territories. We also have a partnership with Açai Tribal Force to plant 32.000 açai palm trees in the village of Sete Barras, for permanent reforestation. All these projects have been grouped an are now managed by Yorenka Forest.
New concept of forest sustainability

To help the people of the forest, Benki Pianko Ashaninka and House of Indians have invested in the superfood Açaí Berry.
Managed sustainably, this is a quality model for the European community.
A part of the profits from the sale of Acai Berry will be used to finance projects of House of Indians to help the indigenous community in the Amazon and to finance projects in the European territory.
